Read the following text
I predict two types of food consumption in our society. One group of consumers will eat industrialised food that is produced as cheaply as possible. The low price will be negative for workers in the food industry and for our natural resources. The other main group of consumers will enjoy home gardens and locally produced food. This food is better for the environment, but also more expensive. I’m hoping for an enormous growth of this second type of food consumption. For that, we need a solid health and environmental policy. We can achieve that, but only with serious public and political support.
