  •  When do you use the present perfect?
  • How do you form the present perfect?

Present perfect: Wanneer?
  •  Wanneer iets in het verleden begonnen is en nog steeds bezig is: "We have been in this classroom for a long time."
  • Wanneer iets in het verleden gebeurt is en je ziet nog steeds het resultaat: "Mark has painted this bench last year"
  • Signaalwoorden voor de present perfect: Always, never, ever, (not) yet, already, just

Present Perfect: vorm
  •  Als je perfect ziet staan gebruik je altijd een vorm van het ww "to have" als hulpwerkwoord
  • In dit geval is het present perfect dus gebruik je het ww "to have" in de tegenwoordige tijd
  • Je kunt niet alleen een hulpwerkwoord gebruiken, je hebt nog een hoofdwerkwoord nodig
  • In dit geval is dat het voltooid deelwoord van een werkwoord
