Text 4: cheers and jeers (rhymes, means 'positive and negative reactions')
Text 6: down the youtubes (down the tubes = to fail completely)
Text 8: here and back again (reference to The Hobbit (novel by Tolkien), where it meant going on an adventure and then back home again)
Text 9: revenge is a dish better left unmade (the saying is: revenge is a dish best served cold. Meaning: don't get immediate revenge, but be patient and wait for the right moment - OR: let things cool off first (and then maybe let it go)
Text 10: Hot talk-show. 'Hot' has multiple meanings (spicy, intense, popular, 'too hot to handle')
