Component Image

What Are Components?

With components in LessonUp you can add extra (interactive) functionalities to your
lesson. This enhances the educational experience of the students and you can address the different needs of students. LessonUp has 11 different components that can be placed in an existing slide.

+ Component image

The 'Image' component allows you to place images anywhere in your slide, regardless of the selected layout.

Click '+ Component', then click 'Image'.

The pop-up allows you to select and add images to a slide in a standard layout, upload an image yourself, search in LessonUp or search the internet.
When you've uploaded or found an image, you can add it by clicking on it. The image appears in a frame in the slide.








You can make the image larger or smaller by adjusting the size of the frame.
For more advanced options to adjust the image, click on the settings wheel in the box, and then on the pencil.

You can then adjust the degree of transparency and shape of the image.

You can also indicate here whether the image can zoom in and/or be adjustable during the presentation.



As like with the text box options, you can also add a dropshadow (shadowing) around the image.
