Lesson Inspiration

This lesson can be used to compliment your school's PSHE scheme of work or as a stand alone session to support World Kind ness Day.

Students will be encouraged to reflect upon their actions and are challenged to complete a 'random act of kindness' during their day.

Reflection

Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate towards others.

Acts of kindness can have a positive impact on individuals and the community.

We should strive to practice kindness in our daily lives and be empathetic towards others.

This session may have brought out some sensitive issues. You may wish to use this part of your lesson to remind students of the processes within your school to support those who may have been victims of bullying or discrimination.
