Ensuring you get a proper nights sleep is incredibly important to your physical and mental development. Some examples of positive sleep habits include; establishing a consistent sleep schedule, creating a relaxing bedtime routine, and making the bedroom a sleep-friendly environment.
You should also limit caffeine and screen time before bed, get regular exercise during the day, and avoid oversleeping on weekends, as hard as that can be if you had later nights...
A great first step can be reorganising your bedroom to make it feel like more of a sanctuary for rest rather than a gaming den!
