Grammar Past simple and Present Perfect

Als iets in het verleden gebeurde, gebruik je de past simple. Regelmatige werkwoorden in de past simple eindigen op -ed. Onregelmatige werkwoorden in de past simple zijn allemaal verschillend. Je moet ze uit je hoofd leren.

Your fact file should include:

2. a video or podcast which features the historical figure
3. an English-language article about the historical figure

5. What 2 colours are you going to use in your coat of arms?
6. The coat of arms needs a motto. Write a motto that describes what your historical figure stands for.

• Write a short description of each part of your coat of arms (at least 20 words per part).
