Group A, B, C and D

First: Group A and B discussing: All drugs should be legalized
Group C and D judge and vote

Second: Group C and D discussing: The schools cafeteria
Group A and B judge and vote

How does this work?
  1. Speaker 1 (group A) introduces  the theme, and what they think of it
  2.  Speaker 2 (group B) counters their argument, and gives their own opinion
  3. Speaker 3 and 4 repeat these steps, and give a closing argument
  4. Groups C and D will judge and vote on the matter
