Reading a Bar chart

Today we are going to learn how to read a bar chart. Look at the diagram on the next slide. Then answer the questions.

In 2008, how many people are living in Amsterdam who are born abroad?

And between 1620-1650?

Give a reason why many foreign people move to Amsterdam between 1620 and 1650. Use your historical knowledge.
