Mind and Body Connection
1. What is body and mind connection?  (denken-delen-uitwisselen)
  • The mind and body are interconnected. Our thoughts and emotions affect our physical health.
2. What are vocabulary you can use to talk about this topic?

  • What does move your body, stretch your mind mean to you?
  • What are benefits of physical exercise for the mind and body?

Warming up: speaking activity 
Pair up with a partner and discuss how you take care of your mind and body. 
How: 1 minute each then switch.  (A -->B   B-->A)
Results: I will ask you (A's or B's) for your partner answer.

Finish?: Choose a video and prepare for your speaking test.

1. all the points you need to talk about.
2. practice speaking what you have written out.
