  1. Organise. If everyone works together you can make a difference. For example mass strikes (staking).
  2. Change the laws. Make bad working conditions illegal.
  3. Political representation (vertegenwoordiging). Have your own people in parliament.
  4. Voting Rights. Make sure everybody can vote, not just rich people.
