Je bent het van plan maar er is nog geen concreet plan. Om aan te duiden dat je dat ergens in de toekomst van plan bent, kun je deze vorm gebruiken.

Het plan is concreter, je staat op het punt haar te vragen. Het plan-matige geef je aan door ‘am/is/are going to + hele ww’ te gebruiken.
