Waar? Adverbs of place and time komen altijd achteraan in de zin.
Eerst de plaats en dan de tijd:

We are going to swim in the lake tomorrow.
My parents are in Nijmegen today.
I am seeing Pink's new concert at the Ziggo Dome in July.

Adverbs of frequency
Geven aan hoe vaak iets gebeurd.
Waar?  Voor het hoofdwerkwoord 
We always start  the day with breakfast.

Maar:
Als er am/are/is/was/were in de zin staat komt de adverb of frequency erachter.

He is always late.
We are usually on time.

Geven aan hoe iets gebeurd.
Hoe? Bijvoegelijk naamwoord + ly (meestal)
Waar?  Voor het bijvoegelijk naamwoord, bijwoord of hoofdwerkwoord.
That is a very nice guy.
He reads really quickly.
He awkwardly sat next to each other.
