Organisations
People work together to achieve certain goals.

Non-commercial organisations
- Goal is not to make profit but something else.

1. Association (=Vereniging)
- Has members .
- Members pay a membership fee. (=Contributie)
- Members choose a board. (=Bestuur)
- Is a legal entity. (=Rechtspersoon)

2. Foundation (=Stichting)
- Has no members.
- Has a board.
- Recieves money from donations or subsidies.
- Is a legal entity.
