Views on teaching English at primary level
You have done research how English is taught at primary level in The Netherlands. You have related this to your own experiences of learning English and to the situation at your work placement. You found out how English is taught at your work placement school: which course books are used/ what kind of lesson materials are used / what kind of activities are done/ how many hours per week / what policy is used?
You have written an English text about your views on teaching English at primary level, based on the research you have done, with references to your sources. You have copied the text and brought it to class.

Think about: Kerndoel 13-16, Taalprofiel 2015 & CEFR
-  Are the core objectives met by your school? https://www.slo.nl/thema/meer/tule/engels/

- Does your curriculum match the content/“inhoudslijnen” of the Eibo, Veibo, VVTO or TPO?
https://www.slo.nl/sectoren/po/inhoudslijnen-po/inhoudslijnen-engels/

- “...er zijn geen beheersingsniveaus voor Engels aan het eind van groep acht vastgesteld.” (source: SLO https://www.slo.nl/thema/vakspecifieke-thema/mvt/engels/)
How does this influence your teaching?
