Scientific experts and users of the herbal medicine are divided about its benefits. However, homeopathy is considered  to be safe.
     It is recommended that patients:
Consult their doctor before using herbal medicines.
Get advice from a registered herbalist before taking a remedy.
Understand that symptoms can get worse before they get better.
Read the instructions on herbal medicine products carefully before using them.
Buy products from an established outlet, for example a reputable healthcare store.

Herbal medicine was used in the old ages as remedies for some diseases. It was used as a syrup and dressing for wounds.
There were three types of herbal remedies: Western, Chinese and Indians.
Herbal remedies are safe for most users, but patients need to take care as some of them
.
This report was requested by Mr. John Smith, English teacher . It investigates herbal medicines and considers whether   they are effective and safe. The report is to be submitted by the end of November.
