Try to look for the form of the text:
What kind of text is this?
- article?
- news?
- entertainment?

Look at the heading / title
Do you know what the  text is about by just reading this?

Look at the images
Does the text have images? If yes, what information can you gather from them?

Now you know what you're looking for in the text without reading the entire thing

Types of questions (1)
Multiple choice questions:

- Read the question first
- Try to answer the question yourself first without looking at the possible answers
- Pick the best one or  cross out the wrong ones

Types of questions (2)
True/false (not given) questions:
- Read the true/false statement
- Approach statement as if it were true, if any part is false, whole statement is false
- pay attention to qualifiers that might give clues e.g. sometimes, often, many,  few (modest qualifiers - often True) 
- absolute (strict) qualifiers e.g. always, never, completely, none, best, worst -> statements containing absolute qualifiers mostly false

- Read the questions + answers
- Can you guess the subject?

- You don't have to understand every word
- You can pause and rewind the video's as much as you want
