What is MyDrive?
An digital platform designed for defence personnel to manage driving qualifications and service logs from any modern device

Slide 3 - Slide

Why is it needed?
Evidence-Based Validation
Unlike the physical FMT 600 that might be manually updated, driver competencies in MyDRIVE are submitted with evidence of qualification by the driver.
These are then formally approved by MT Staff using the CAMPBELL Application, ensuring oversight and validation of all entries.

Slide 4 - Slide

Why is it needed?
Ensures all users complete critical compliance tasks on a strict schedule.
This includes signing Driving Standing Orders annually and uploading a PDF of their DVLA driving licence annually

Slide 5 - Slide

Why is it needed?
Integration of Drivers Hours
Beyond just replacing the FMT 600, MyDRIVE also incorporates driver hours (replacing the FMT 105), allowing for a single, comprehensive digital record of a driver's activity and status.

Slide 6 - Slide

Why is it needed?
In essence, moving from the FMT 600 to MyDRIVE is like switching from a physical logbook, which can be easily lost, to a secure banking app.
Instead of relying on manual entries that are hard to track, every action requires digital proof and official authorisation, with automatic reminders to ensure nothing expires.
