The signed portfolio statement is an acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to the requirements of this course and will abide by the zero tolerance policy re plagiarism. All you need to do is fill in the 5-page form with your name, class, date and your signature once you have read the study handbook, the final assessment rubric and completed this lesson. You must submit this on Teams by Monday, September 6th at 9am.
