What causes injuries?
Injury = damage to bone, joint or muscle
Falling, incorrect movement or straining
Straining> the same movement with the same coupling and/or joints for too long in a row

  • Bone injury =Botblessures 
  • Joint injury = Gewrichtsblessures
 - Dislocation = ontwrichting
 - Sprain = verstuiking
 - Knee injury = knieblessure
  • Muscular injuries = Spierblessures

 - Bruise = kneuzing
 - Muscle cramp = spierkramp
 - Muscular tear = spierscheuring
