Today goal: 

1.  You know what an adjective an adverb are and can use them in the sentences.

The dog runs happily.

                      The macarons look delicious.

Adjectives = bijvoeglijke naamwoorden

De rode jurk - the red dress

De snelle fietser - the fast cyclist

De stoere auto - the cool car

Je geeft extra informatie over het zelfstandig naamwoord. 

Adverb describes the action

She laughs loudly

He drives slowly

He walks quielty on his toes. 

zegt iets over HOE je iets doet. 

Dus: adjective

Adjective = een bijvoeglijk naamwoord

Het zegt iets over een zelfstandig naamwoord. (the smart man)

Je zet het vaak voor het zelfstandig naamwoord. 

Dus: adverb

Je kunt het alleen achter de werkwoorden: 

to be, to look, to appear & to seem zetten. 

They look silly. 

She seems nice.
