Use: facts and routines.
Rule: +    I/you/we/they > verb               She/he/it (SHIT) > verb+s 
            -    don't + verb                                  doesn't + verb
            ?    Do ... + verb                                  Does ... + verb

Keywords: always, sometimes, regularly, never, usually, often, normally, occasionally

Use: when something is happening now or at the moment.

Rule: +  verb to be (is/am/are) + (verb+ing
             - isn't/aren't/am not + (verb+ing)
             ? Is/am/are... + (verb+ing)
