Layout of the debate: 12 minutes in total
Opening (2 min): both sides explain why they're for or against the statement. 
--> Don't give away everything, just summarize.

POV (4 min): people for start and give two arguments. People against continue and give two arguments. --> take notes of the other side!

Rebuttal (4 min): people for react to people against and vice versa. You may add one more argument to strengthen your case.

Closing (2 min): people for summarize arguments and people against summarize theirs.

Time to work
1: Exchange research --> tell each other what you've found. 
2: Divide tasks --> split up and pick a focus. 
3: Arguments --> form at least 3 arguments for and against per statement.
4: Regroup --> come together and structure your debate.

Hand in your structure document Sunday June 18  at the latest.
