‘FILING A COMPLAINT’
You are sending an email to a retail manager of a hardware store your company works with. You ordered 4 dozen black pens, however you got 3 dozen blue pens and you are filling in a complaint. Your task is to get the right order.
• Greet the customer service
• State your problem and what you were supposed to get
• Ask for the right order, or a refund
• Ask what you will have to do with the wrong pens
• State that you want to change the address which it will be send to
• Ask when the pens should arrive
• End the email appropriately
