Complete the table to show all the information you know about raising agents. Feel free to do your own independent research about raising agents  as there is lots of available information. Try to stick to UK sources so you use the correct key words (some of the US ones are different and may confuse you!).

A quick point....
We talked in last week's lesson about there being 3 types of raising agent - physical (also called mechanical, chemical and biological.
But sometimes we talk about steam separately - it is still a physical raising agent though.
The 4th column on the next slide is for steam - this is extension work, so only do this if you are quite a fast worker!

Make a PowerPoint explaining to an U3 class how they demonstrate how each of the 3 main types of raising agents work. Think back to the clip you watched - how can you adapt what you saw to give instructions to the U3s?
