Kan in plaats van who of which, als je de de informatie van de bijzin NODIG hebt om de zin te begrijpen.

vb. I don't like people that/ who don't listen

The statement that/ which he gave, surpised me.

Als je de informatie uit de bijzin weg kunt laten, er staat dan een comma, dan moet je who of which gebruiken.
