  • Read more English books/comics to grow your vocabulary.
  • Read English texts out loud.
  • If you don't know what a word is in English, try to describe the word instead.
  • Think out loud when you speak English to break silences: 
    "Oh, that's a good question! Let me think..."
    "I need a moment to think about that. Let's see..."
