Make your own mock test:
Look online for exercises or make them up yourself. Take about 4 per grammar subject. Remember to make an answer key, too!
Swap with a neighbour, make the test & check it. How did you do?
Use the remainder of the time to finish Theme 2 or to prepare for the test. Good luck!
