What is a sprint?
  • A sprint consists of:
  • Sprint Planning meeting
  • Stand-up, 5 min at the start of each lesson
  • Work: assignments and tasks
  • Sprint Review (hand-in assignments/ do test)

  • Teams of 4 people
  • Different qualities in a team
  • Short Sprints each a few lessons

Role scrum master
  • Not the boss of a team, but part of the team.
  • Is in charge of the scrum board, keeping it up to date. Hanging it up and putting it away.
  • Makes sure the ceremonies are done correctly and everyone gets a say. (stand-up, retro, etc).
  • Goes to the teacher when there are problems in the team that impede (verhinderen) the work.

  • Checks you do your work on time
  • checks if your work is done correctly
  • gives feedback

Making project groups:
  • Teams of 4 people
  • Different qualities in a team
  • no teams of all boys or all girls allowed
  • go and sit in your groups
  • try to think of people that are out sick
  • The teacher has a veto

Getting organised:
  • make a new folder in your bio drive folder called Ecology
  • think of a name for your team
  • one person in the team make an extra folder called "team-class-name"
  • Make all team members editor to the folder and the teacher.
  • In this folder make 4 new folders, sprint 1 etc.

Organising assignments:
  • In this folder make 4 new folders, sprint 1, sprint 2, sprint 3 and project. 
  • one person makes a copy of the team page (and puts it in the team folder) and fills in the details.
  • another person make a copy of the logbook and adds it to the team folder.
