Prepositions of Time

At = bij tijden en bij feestdagen

(School starts at 8am / He told me a story at midnight / I saw my aunt at Christmas)

Prepositions of Place

Voorzetsels van plaats zeggen iets over waar iets gebeurt

On = Bij openbaar vervoer en als je 'bovenop' bedoelt

(We met on the train / I like to read on the bus / My phone is on the table)

In = Bij plekken in de natuur, landen en als je 'binnenin' bedoelt

(He lives in the mountains / He was born in France / He took photos in the cathedral)

At = Bij specifieke locaties, huisnummers en (namen van) gebouwen

(I left my phone at home / We live at Duivelaan 3 / I am at the station)
