What?
You have written a STARR reflection. During the task you answered the following questions:

  • What would you do differently next time?
  • Can you also apply what you have learned in other situations?

Use your STARR-reflection and the answers to these questions to formulate a SMART aim for future Projects.
How?
  • In groups of two
  • Read the first one's reflection
  • Discuss together what the aim could be for the person
  • Formulate the SMART-aim
  • Read the second one's reflection
  • Discuss together what the aim could be for the person
  • Formulate the SMART-aim

20 minutes total, switch after 10 minutes

For the final product of the reflection, you are going to have to hand it a report or do a presentation. 

In this product, you will outline the results of STARR-reflection. 

You will also explain your SMART-goal.

So, what are the criteria?
