What is job shadowing?

Slide 5 - Open question

P. 40: Gold Experience
Job shadowing is:
when a junior employee, student or trainee follows and observes a more experienced person doing a particular job. This is to see what the job involves, to experience the reality of difficult jobs and to confirm whether it's really what they want to do. It could mean that they don't waste time studying to do a job that they end up hating!
