Structure Introduction
You start your introduction with some general information.

Statement:
Phones should be banned at school.

Introduction information:
''One year ago, phones were banned at most high schools in the Netherlands.''

After giving some general information, you repeat the statement that you're writing about. After that, you mention if you agree or don't agree with the statement.

For example:
''One year ago, phones were banned at most high schools in the Netherlands. People say that banning phones improves overall wellbeing of students. I do/do not agree with this statement. In this essay I will explain why, using three arguments.''
