A debate is when people argue their ideas in a formal way. They each have their own opinions and talk about them in a structured manner, trying to convince others to agree with them.

Statement: People are still judged by how they look. 
Team blue: Agrees with this statement.
Team red: Disagrees with this statement. 

Take 5-10 minutes to write down arguments for your case. 

Keep in mind: You have to convince the other team that your opinion is stronger!
