Sedimentary coast
The sedimentary coast builds the coast by leaving sediments behind. This happens when there's a slow current.

Examples are sandy beaches and shingle beaches

The erosion coast breaks down the coast by eroding the coastline. This happens when there's a strong current (hydrolic action).

Examples are: white chalk cliffs, rocky coasts
