to take = infinitive
I'd like you to pay attention
you = direct object = lijdend voorwerp
to pay = infinitive

find and do are  verbs in the the base form
 (= infinitive whithout to)
This formula also works for verbs expressing perception: 
hear, see, feel

What about the writing test?

You’ll get 4 assignments to write a short text, each texty covering one domain. (about 120 words)
Here is an example of an assignment:
Bad luck: you are invited to a party (just imagine life is back to normal after Covid) at a very cool party. But at the same day uncle Arnie and aunt Betty are celebrating their wedding anniversary. What party you prefer isn’t hard to imagine. Your parents tell you you are allowed to go to your very cool party if you’ll write a personal letter for Arnie and Betty in which you congratulate them and explain them why you won’t be there.
