Examples
Cardon et al. (2023) argue that AI literacy, not fluency with any single tool, is what will determine whether business writers actually benefit from generative AI.
Research by Cardon et al. (2023) shows that communication instructors expect AI-assisted writing to be widely adopted in the workplace, requiring significant changes to how business writing is taught.
"AI-assisted writing will be widely adopted in the workplace and will require significant changes to instruction" (Cardon et al., 2023).
In 2023, Cardon and colleagues reported that reduced critical thinking and concerns about authenticity were the challenges communication instructors raised most often about AI-assisted writing tools.
Paraphrasing and quoting
