-ing verbs (verb+ing) come after verbs that express likes or dislikes 

Verbs that express likes or dislikes:
Like, enjoy, hate, dislike, love etc. 


I like walking in the snow.

Verb ends with -e? Remove the -e and add -ing

Ride > Riding 
Move > moving 



Verb ends with a consonant, vowel, consonant? Double the last consonant and add -ing

Run > running
