CAE Watching/Listening Portfolio
To make sure that you immerse yourself in English-language media on a regular basis, we're introducing a watching and listening diary. In essence it's a recurring assignment where you watch, or listen to a piece of English-language media and prepare a short written review or response to it.

Suggested sources:
• YouTube (think: long-form video essays, documentaries, talks and presentations. NOT: livestreams, game streams. There should be a clear topic.)
• TED Talks (any will do)
• Podcasts (BBC sounds, Gallagher productions etc), min 15 mins
• NO feature films or streaming series. The material should be edifying or educational in some way.
• You should not turn on subtitles of any kind.
You are of course allowed to deviate from this list, just make sure you check with your teacher whether your chosen video or podcast/radio programme is of an appropriate level.
