Another reading strategy to understand the text better is called: Ask yourself questions--> What do you think you have to do?

Slide 28 - Open question

This item has no instructions

Reading strategy: Ask yourself questions
-While reading/searching for an answer, it's convenient to ask yourself questions constantly.
For example:
-What did I just read?
-Why does it say ....?
- Can I connect this to something I already know about this subject?

It's important to start a dialogue in your head. If you can summarise what you've just read, you understand the text!

Because there might be a word that means the same.
Or a word that is the opposite.
Or they explain the word in the text a bit further away.
