Write down in max. 10 words what the article could be about.

Afterwards we are going to watch the news article to see what it was about.

Ordinals --> Rangtelwoorden
Wat zijn rangtelwoorden? -->
One, two, three, four, five,
six, seven, eight, nine, ten
First, second, third, fourth, fifth,
sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth,
tenth
  • Rangtelwoorden geven aan waar je staat in de rij of welke plaats je staat.
  • Example: "We ended up at the second place during the tournament."

De meeste rangtelwoorden maak je door -th achter het woord te plakken. 



Soms verandert daardoor de spelling van het telwoord

Er zijn ook uitzonderingen!

five --> fifth | nine --> ninth | twenty --> twentieth | thirty --> thirtieth
