  1. Be prepared.
  2. Spiekbriefje voor wat je vergeet.
  3. Omschrijven op: vorm, gebruik, plaats,. (zonnebrandcreme - you use it for when you walk in the sun, to protect your skin from hurting.)
  4. Generaliseren - apple -> fruit
  5. Fillers - Well, how shall I put it,  let me think, I forgot the word, could you repeat that please, het herhalen van wat de persoon zei.
