Adv of Freq usually go :
before the main verb > I often watch Netflix.
after the verb be > I am always in time for school.

More than 2 verbs? Adverb of frequency comes behind the first helping verb (can/could/will/would/shall/should/be/do/have)
> You should never skip doing your homework.

Slide 9 - Slide

Examples
You can go home early > always

He was very nice > never

I go walking > rarely

Slide 10 - Slide
