Reduced Relative Clauses
A relative clause adds essential or extra information to a sentence.

When a relative clause is passive, we can leave out the relative pronoun and the verb "to be"

A passive sentence is a sentence in which the subject does not perform the action of the verb. In fact, in a passive sentence, the action of the verb is done to the subject.

The shopping centre, (that was) opened by the Queen, is the biggest in the country.
The book (that was) written by Madonna has become a huge success.

Question Tags are used to check facts or make conversation.
> When the statement is positive you use a negative question tag.
> When the statement is negative you use a positive question tag.

You use the auxiliary or modal verb to create it.
- be, have and do can be auxiliaries and main verbs. They have grammatical functions and are used for forming tenses, questions, the passive, etc.
- Modals are can, could, may, might, must, ought to, shall, should, will, would and need (need can also be a main verb).
- If the statement does not have an auxiliary or modal verb you use: do/does or did
