  1. The designer discusses paint, flooring, tile and furnishings.
  2. The designer is there to look at the big picture, that is what makes an interior space beautiful.
  3. The client talks about the project.
  4. The client and the designer exchange information.
  5. The assistant then figures out what the client’s style is. 
  6. The client and designer establish how the environment should feel.
  7. The designer goes to studio and makes a specific plan tailored for the client.
  8. The client walks the assistant through all the details.
  9. The designer listens to general ideas to get started and gets inspired by the client's desires.
  10. The assistant pairs the client with one designer, from a team of talented designers.
  11. The client calls the firm.
  12. During the initial consultation the client and the designer get to know each other.
  13. The designer shows other options that might fit with what the client is thinking.
