Technical Components
The movements you put together to create a technique.

For example, these components could include the footwork used to create maximum power in a boxer’s punch or a footballer striking the ball to shoot.
A lot of techniques look simple when seen at full speed; however, they can be very complicated to explain.
Once the components of a sporting action are broken down into sections, it is easier to understand the technique.
