Always start at zero and move to the 1st number in the equation
Move the number of units of the 2nd number 
 starting point -> 1 + (2)-> number of units to move
If the second number is Positive 
1. when adding move right, when subtracting move left
If the second number is Negative 
2. when adding move LEFT, when subtracting move right
