You can also use with to talk about two things or two people that are together:

Use from to state where someone/something comes from:

He's new, he comes from another school.

Use made from when something is manufactured or produced.

Paper is made from wood.

Plastic is made from oil.

Use made of when talking about components of something.

The table is made of oak.

My bottle is made of plastic.
