What causes injuries?
Injury = damage to bone, joint or muscle
Falling, incorrect movement or straining
Straining> the same movement with the same coupling and/or joints for too long in a row

  • Bone injury =Botblessures

 - Dislocation = ontwrichting
 - Sprain = verstuiking
