Writing a letter of compaint
You are on holiday. 
The room is terrible, but you have paid a lot of money for it. Write a letter that states:

1. When you booked/when you arrived
2. What the 3 problems are with the room
3. How you feel about these problems
4. How much you have paid
5. What you want them to do to fix this problem
